All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive an email confirmation after 30 minutes of placing your, please check your spam/trash folder.

Scentual Soy Candle Co is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. Once the package leaves the candle studio and arrives at the postal office, the postal office is now responsible for the delivery of your package. Please file a claim with USPS if your package does not arrive.
