TERMS OF SERVICE
Always be careful when burning your candle! If not handled properly, candles can be a serious fire hazard.
Please be sure to follow the instructions on your warning/burn label on the bottom of your candle jar. Always keep an eye on your candle and keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not move or touch your candle while burning as the jar can be very hot. Before moving your candle, make sure the flame is completely burned out and the candle jar is cool to the touch where the wax has solidified.
Always trim your candle wick to 1/4" - trimming your wick allows your candle to burn evenly and extend the burning time.
Make sure your candle flame is free of any debris as the debris will add fuel to your flame that can cause soot and a high/fast flame.
Burn candle away from anything flammable such as clothing, window treatments, household plants, and etc.
Try not to exceed burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. If the candle is burned for more than 4 hours, there is a change that the candle will develop carbon build up, soot, wick mushrooming & an enlarged flame.
Once the candle has reached about 1/4’’ of wax left at the bottom of the jar and you can see the base of the wick, your candle can no longer be burned again as this can cause an increase in heat and can possibly crack or break your candle jar.
Although some of our candles are created to promote a calm and relaxing environment, please be sure not to light your candle before lying down to rest as candles need to be watched to ensure a safe burn.
To maximize the longevity of your candle, try to store your candle(s) in a temperature controlled area where the temperate is not too hot or too cold as this can cause the candle(s) to develop frosting and/or sweating.
